Each of our classes is distinctive and safe. Our teachers design their own sequences for all levels of practice. This practice is also the perfect companion piece to the Original Hot Yoga Bikram style.
Blocks and straps are available for your use at the studio.

Hot Restorative
Restorative Yoga is a calming practice designed to promote deep relaxation and release tension in the body. Hot Restorative Flow
Hot Restorative Flow combines the soothing effects of restorative yoga with a gentle Vinyasa flow, in invigorating warmth of a room with residual heat.
This practice uses gentle, supported poses to promote deep relaxation while the heat helps increase flexibility, relieve muscle tension, and enhance circulation.

Original Hot Yoga Bikram Style
Bikram Yoga is the original style of hot yoga consisting of a static sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, practiced in a room heated to approximately 105°F (40.6°C) with 40% humidity.
This practice has been known to improve flexibility, strength, and stamina while promoting detoxification through sweat. Each posture is designed to stretch and strengthen specific muscle groups and organs, following a set order to maximize benefits. Bikram Yoga is often praised for its ability to enhance physical fitness and mental focus through its disciplined routine and challenging heat environment.

Hot Bikram Flow (Hot Power Fusion)
Bikram Flow, or otherwise known as Hot Power Fusion (HPF) is a yoga class that combines the meditative aspects of traditional Hot Yoga (Bikram style) and the movement and flow of a vinyasa class.
Our invigorating Bikram Flow classes are designed to challenge your body and deepen your practice in a heated environment. Our sessions blend traditional Bikram yoga postures with dynamic flow sequences, promoting flexibility, strength, and detoxification.
